We back every pack. If something's not right, we want to hear about it and we'll sort it.
Damaged or wrong order
Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo.
Won't touch them
It happens. Get in touch within 30 days and we'll help you swap to a function that suits them better, or refund the pack.
Change of mind
Unopened packs can come back within 30 days for a refund. We just ask that you cover return postage.
What we can't take back
For safety we can't accept opened or part-eaten packs back into stock. The cover above still looks after you.
SubscriptionsManage, pause, skip or cancel anytime from your account. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged.
